Dinner is prepared and served by second-year students training to be professional chefs & hospitality staff.
The event is being run by Cancer Research UK's local volunteer fundraising team in support of Cancer Research UK's Kids & Teens campaign.
Tickets purchased before midnight on 18th September will be entered into a prize draw, to be drawn on the night.

Join us from 7pm for pre-dinner drinks (a welcome drink is included in the ticket price). Dinner is served from 7.30pm.

Can I order more than 8 tickets?
Yes! If you wish to order more than 8 tickets please contact us on info@cruw.org.
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
There is free car parking at the college.
Can I bring my own drinks to the event?
Only food and alcohol purchased at the venue can be consumed at the event.
How can I contact the organiser with any questions?
For ticket-related inquiries, please contact CRUW on info@cruw.org. For questions related to the venue, menu etc contact the Atrium using the details above.
What's the refund policy?
You pay a £10 non-refundable deposit when you reserve your seat(s) here on this website. On arrival, you pay an additional £9.50 to the venue. If you can't make the event, then your £10 deposit will go to the charity but you won't need to pay the additional £9.50 normally due on arrival.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You will receive a confirmation email on booking. Please print this and bring it with you.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Yes, but please email info@cruw.org to let us know your name and the name of the person you are transferring the ticket(s) to.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
Yes, but see above.
